Job Description

The Corporate Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of operational data, monitoring operations metrics, managing the governance process around key operations metrics, and identifying potential operational improvements based on the needs of the business.  Other responsibilities include special projects strategic to the Company, including but not limited to acquisition due diligence, pre- and post-merger integration support, strategic corporate initiatives, and market analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researching, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data
  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and large volumes of data
  • Attention to detail and rigorous work ethic
  • Project management of workflow for cross-departmental engagements
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all business functions
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
  • Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on Company goals
  • Present to senior management or executive level with the ability to support analysis.
  • Keeps updated on industry and market trends
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, or other advisory role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Additional Information

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 2+ years of investment banking, business consulting, or similar experience preferred
  • Ability to complete a background check
