Dispatcher Clerk

Grocery Haulers Incorporated (GHI) is a privately held logistics company headquartered in Iselin, N.J. operating throughout the Northeast Region.  We are looking for a Dispatcher Clerk in our Alburtis, PA location.

Tasks

·         Data Entry, including processing and monitoring all documents

·         Good Customer Service skills as we insist on treating our truck drivers with the utmost respect

·         Administrative tasks, including filing and answering phones

·         Helping out when needed, team player

Requirements

·         Experience working within the Trucking Industry a Plus

·         Proficient in Microsoft office and other database applications

·         Attention to detail is critical to ensure on the quality of the end product

·         Good interpersonal, time management and communication skills a must

·         Be able to multi-task in fast pace environment.

·         Individual will be trained

Non-exempt full time position that pays $16.00 per hour, with the possibility of overtime. The schedule for this position will be 12:00pm – 8:00pm.  Days off are Tuesday and Saturday.

Must Have Permanent Work Authorization in the US
