OVERVIEW
Next Day Plus is a 25 year old nationwide B2B office solutions company specializing in minimizing capital expenses related to our customers office equipment and printing needs. Our company thrives off our reputation of being one of the best customer service centric organizations in Chicago.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through email marketing, targeted cold calling, and referrals
- Research accounts and generating sales appointments through telemarketing and using Zoom Info
- Manage a sales territory with a few hundred established customers
- Work with C-Level executives to strategize on upgrading current office equipment.as well as reducing overall cost
- Schedule 3-5 net new appointments a week
- Manage and decipher customer needs by speaking with clients, with an end goal of understanding their plan points to offer the correct products and/or services
- Service existing accounts through pricing proposals, order approvals, and solving escalated issues
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information
- Expand market awareness for our products and our industry experience, by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Maintain appropriate profit margins based on product type and mix, as well as size of customer
- Conserve and grow your company product and services knowledge
- Meet personal and team sales targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Previous sales experience not required
- Exhibit a positive, optimistic, strong work ethic
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Demonstrate strong aptitude with Microsoft Office, focused on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to proactively contact and communicate with customers to generate qualified leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SAP Business One experience is a plus
