Care Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator with Social Media emphasis to join our growing Home Care team! The right candidate has a social media background, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Works to grow our social media following by attending events, visiting our Clients, and celebrating our Caregivers. 

• Researches, builds, and develops new referral sources, client lists, non-profit organizations, and other appropriate groups and, once secured, transfers relationship responsibility to the Client Relationship Specialist.  

• General office duties such as answering phones, solving problems, and participating in meetings. 

• Maintain quality relationships with caregivers, clients, and referral sources 

• Assist with staffing client schedules as needed. 

• Participate in office on-call rotation. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in home care and recruitment is a plus 

• Strong verbal,written skills, and people skills 

• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office 

• Pleasant phone manner 

• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy as well as dedication to our company's purpose 

• Creative problem-solving skills 

• Organized and detail oriented 

• High School Diploma
