We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our global Customer Success team. Working with our stakeholders, programme level leadership and steering committees as well as contacts within our customers' business and across Gresham, you will work effectively to support the configuration and implementation of our suite of products with our customers. This will include supporting the customer through the planning and design phase to finalise the project scope and requirements, taking part in the Project Initiation Workshop, defining the solution blueprint and roadmap and assisting with the definition of the Project Implementation Plan.

You will drive day-to-day delivery, contributing to weekly status reporting and conducting all required customer training. You will be responsible for discussing, finalizing and agreeing quality assurance measures, supporting the customer and colleagues through system and user acceptance testing, leading the project go-live planning through solution acceptance, conducting end user and IT Operations training and post project activity.

The annual compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

Skills and Experience:

You'll possess a Batchelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology and a track record of effective and efficient project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Along with significant experience of implementing complex financial systems software and prior experience implementing enterprise-grade reconciliation solutions, you will have an understanding and familiarity of Middle and Back office processing, specifically Reconciliation, Trade Settlement, Accounts Receivables and Treasury Cash Management and SWIFT message standards within the Financial Services Industry .

You will have experience with Java, Python, Node.js or other widely used programming languages and experience deploying SQL Server and/or Oracle databases and writing associated SQL queries, windows and Linux scripting and strong working knowledge of XML and XSD schemas.

You have strong communication and problem solving skills, are able to work independently, and have excellent customer service.

You may be based on-site at customer locations and are able to travel up to 50% of the time.
