Vacuette Production Training Coordinator

Responsibility:
Create training plans according to regulations, company policy, Vacuette Objectives / Action Plan’s, guidelines and training needs for the complete Vacuette Production.
Create and coordinate training for Vacuette Department
Organize and support new employee startup training
Organize/document/monitor department training.
Conduct new hire orientation for Vacuette Department.
Participate with the Monitoring/Tracking/Investigation of QIRs/Complaints to coordinate trainings based on information.
Maintain Vacuette Training Matrix.
Promote Teamwork, Maintain positive work environment and work relation to other departments.
Full understanding of the manufacturing process of Vacuette Products.
Responsible for the annual department training plan.
Other duties as assigned
Authority:
Write training plans and ensure their execution.
Work according to safety regulation and guidelines
Prepare and execute training for the department.
Ability to mentor new personnel, providing on the job training to new and existing employees.
Verify training effectiveness with Vacuette Staff.
Job Requirements:
College education preferred.
Computer knowledge, MS-Office 2003 or above
ISO 9001 knowledge/experience
Must have sufficient communication and writing skills
Manufacturing experience or equivalent
