Job Description

The Gregg Young Automotive Group is looking to add an organized, detailed, and driven individual who is filled with initiative to become a member of Variable Operations TEAM as a Used Car Inventory Manager Apprentice at our Chevrolet dealership in Marshalltown, IA.

Used Car Inventory Manager Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to operate individually & collectively (with a common goal) getting Used car inventory prepared for the sale
  • structured daily game plan: tracking of the vehicle from reconditioning in service, to cleaning in detail, to lot preparation & placement
  • collect & organize used car documentation from acquisition to retail
  • merchandising of the used car: pictures / photos & vehicle description / equipment
  • daily reports / spreadsheets communicated to the team
  • full spectrum training and on-going mentorship thereafter…

Employment Package:

  • compensation: $20/hour, plus a tiered bonus structure
