Job Description
Our client, located north of Pittsburgh, is looking for an HR Director. This is a direct hire position and is available immediately! Great pay! Great benefits!
HR Director Duties:
* Will lead HR policies and functions, including systems, for North America.* Will implement and be lead for recruitment and retention strategies.* Will run all facets of HR including benefits, payroll, accounting, and work environment safety.* Will interface with three countries and be instrumental in business strategy development.
HR Director Qualifications:
* Must have a Bachelors Degree in HR or equivalent.* 5-7 years experience as an HR Manager.* Should possess a high level of analytical thinking and creativity.* Must have excellent interpersonal skills.* Must have an understanding of multi-cultural/ multi-country business practices.* An understanding of the Spanish language. (Does not need to be fluent).
