Senior Human Resources Manager

Greer Companies is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to drive and direct all associate engagement activities and hiring strategies, collaborate with leaders to maximize team member potential and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.   The Senior Human Resources manager will also continuously innovate HR systems and process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources and 7+ years of progressive HR experience with multiple locations and business concepts preferred.

Greer Companies operates Hilton, IHG, Residence Inn and Marriott hotel properties and quick service restaurants with 9 locations in 3 states including Marriott Lexington City Center.  The company also owns and develops real estate properties with a sustained growth strategy.
