We are looking for a technically savvy customer success associate who loves to go above and beyond for the customer. Duties of the customer success associate will include maintaining customer relationships, contributing to sales and marketing, onboarding and training of clients and ticketing system management.
Successful candidates should possess a mix of a technical and marketing background. Experience with client management and the ability to multi-task is a must. Knowing best practices and experience writing and implementing IT procedures is required.

Our team services organizations of all sizes ranging from 1-2 person teams to organizations over $1B+ in sales. The customer success associate will work and get to know every one of our customers and partners.
- Project management of new customer onboarding
- Develop and perfect customer onboarding procedures
- Work with customer success team to address customer tickets
- Execute and document processes for continuous process improvement
- Testing and QA of new customer integrations
Customer Success Associate Requirements
- Communications, Marketing or Similar Degree
- Experience working within a software (SAAS experience is preferred)
- Project Management Certificate or relevant experience
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience in document creation
- Passion for service and exceeding expectations
