The Program Facilitator will be responsible for generating new customers, managing your territory, manage pipeline and conduct follow-ups and possibly expanding the market. You must be willing to generate appointments face to face for the beginning stage of the program to get you comfortable with communicating to homeowners, get you more comfortable with our business language and for you to be able to accurately educate homeowners on the benefits of utilizing renewable energy.
Our Program Facilitators will then be able to move rapidly within the company with the different career paths that they offer.

Responsibility (changes as you move upward):
Generate new appointments/clientele.
Conduct in-home sales presentations.
Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowner of our programs.
Ability to use CRM.
Select solar energy services/products based on site condition and what the customer qualifies for.
Sales experience of any kind
Strong computer skills and high proficiency with Google Suite, CRM, Google Hangouts.
High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Advanced customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with your team.
