Field representatives are responsible for representing our company and the programs we facilitate and are the first stage in business development and expansion. Day to day responsibilities will change with progression, focusing on direct customer interaction, acquisition and enrollment to personnel and KPI management. The training we provide to become a District Manager is embedded when you are a Field Representative. Once you become a District Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all representatives within your district and coordinating with sales, operations, talent acquisition, and human resources departments. This requires the person to properly understand and perform each facet of managing a team that positively influences sales.
***Due to the nature of our business, and the infancy of the Sustainable Energy industry, this person will be required to train into this position and will not be placed into management until all requirements are met. This is an ideal position for anyone with management potential who desires additional training to become well rounded in all aspects of business development***
