Job Description
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service Appointment Team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.In this role, you will handle a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner. The position requires entering customer information into the dealership’s computer database; setting service appointments for current and prospective customers, following up with existing customers to determine their level of satisfaction and generating service leads.At Green's, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.  Happy employees make happy customers, and we reward individuals who are ready to work hard and stay motivated.  Every employee at Green's Toyota is absolutely critical to its success. Hours for this position is Monday - Friday 10:30am to 6:30pm, rotating Saturday's 7:30am to 3pm. What We Offer

  • Schedule service appointments effectively through phone, email and texts messaging.  
  • Direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff member. 
  • Conduct after visit follow-up calls.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
  • Handle 80-170 Inbound/outbound calls per day using dealership resources
  • Set Service appointments for customers to visit our Service Department (Requires selling add on services)
  • Make outgoing phone calls to prospect customers.  
  • Generate daily report duties as assigned.
  • Checking out cash and check customers 
  • Answering main switchboard and routing calls
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Previous Service BDC experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Dependable and on time 
  • Able to work in small office setting 
  • Sit for long periods of time 
  • Competent in communicating through email, telephone and text
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Tenacious yet professional follow up with customer base
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Flexibility to rotate day or evening shift
  • Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity
  • Good follow up skills
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
