We are currently searching for a Sr. Graphic Designer, based in our corporate headquarters in Kulpsville, PA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
+ Designs, develops and executes comprehensive print, graphics and advertising for marketing campaigns;
+ Partners with Business to translate marketing & creative objectives in to brand design & customer messaging;
+ Provides direction and oversight to 3rd party creative service providers, monitoring quality of work, ensuring deadlines are met and output is within budget;
+ Ensure compliance with all brand standards.
+ Portfolio of award-winning work, or demonstration of business outcomes via design portfolio, including 5+ years of digital design
+ 7+ years of experience working in a corporate environment for B2B industrial or technical company
+ Experience with creating design for digital marketing efforts, e.g. PPT presentations with graphics, online advertisements, ensuring content fits design, etc.
+ Track record of designing and managing creative campaigns (ie: product launches, trade shows) that achieve measurable business results
+ Experience training, mentoring, leading other creative team members
+ Effectively works in deadline-driven environment
+ BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field
+ Willingness/ability to travel ~15% (including the potential for some international travel)
