EHR Support Specialist

Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time EHR Support Specialist (Technical) position offering the opportunity to manage and maintain our Electronic Health Records and Practice Management systems. The EHR Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's Advanced MD Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) system. We are seeking someone with in-depth knowledge of healthcare information systems, understanding of clinical workflows, and expertise in troubleshooting technical issues.

This position will be located in our corporate offices in either Delray Beach, FL or our main office in McLean, VA. We will consider remote candidates ONLY if they have AdvancedMD experience.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Advanced MD EHR and PM system, ensuring optimal functionality.
• User Training: Train medical staff and administrators in the proper use of the EHR system.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to aid in decision-making and enhance patient care.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and liaise with vendors as required.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that the EHR system complies with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and implement security measures to protect patient data.
• Customization and Integration: Tailor the EHR system to meet specific needs and integrate with other healthcare systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with EHR systems
• Advanced MD EHR experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Certification in Advanced MD or similar EHR system.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows.
