Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Sales to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling and closing a project
- Generate new sales by cold calling, networking and social referrals
- Maintain Sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients as needed
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs as needed
- Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
- Maintain acceptable profit margins
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction sales or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
