Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team here at Green Gorilla, with a passion for the wellness industry, creative freedom, and latitude to create eye-popping work. We need you to dive in and create content and materials that grab attention and increase sales. This position requires someone who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, a problem solver, and understands the creative aspects of projects, rather than just the layout. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in the business.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver designs for the brand, and collaborate with internal teams for photography, social media, website, and corporate projects
• Develop innovative graphic design assets to support marketing & brand growth
• Create all marketing graphics for print and digital advertising
• Create marketing social media graphics design (product graphics, infographics, flash videos, etc.)
• Creating wireframes and website mockups based on creative briefs and other materials
• Partner with the product development team for packaging and new product components
• Strong ability to conceptualize packaging design from beginning to end
• Strong experience with technical drawings and dielines for artwork.
• Preparing designs for final production and working as a liaison with our vendors
• Develop and execute on ideation, building brand awareness and bringing our brand to life in small and big ways
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with changing timelines and priorities
• Assist with other digital promotional projects as needed

Required Skills

• Degree in Graphics Arts or related field
• 2+ years creating content and packaging material for a consumer goods supplement company
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Copywriting
• Experience working with a variety of touchpoints; packaging, branding, advertising, displays, and websites.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills required
• A portfolio demonstrating a core competency in graphic design
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Experience working with eCommerce and products is a plus!
