Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour plus $4 to $7 per hour in tips
Summary
Prep fresh foods for daily store operations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Wash and process produce to Green District standards
- Cook proteins and other produce as necessary
- Follow all proprietary recipes for house made dressings
- Follow a "Lean" just-in-time prep model
- Restock line during peak periods
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Wash dishes
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures

Education and/or Experience:
- Previous cooking/dishwashing experience is strongly preferred
