We are seeking a Sales And Catering Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
- Develop and implement extensive catering program
- Oversee sales and catering analytics
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Conduct meetings with employees to communicate procedures, new products, incentive programs, areas of opportunity, etc.
- Monitors job openings resulting from promotions, terminations, reorganizations.
- Maintains constant relationship with vendors.
- Oversee and make adjustments to labor costs.
- Oversee product quality and volume to assure appropriate food costs.
- Regular communication with all levels of company employees.
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
