Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of PLC functions
- Assist with machine repairs as needed
- Use of various hand tools
- Minor electrical maintenance in areas such as motor replacement, fuses, and switches.
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Keep work areas clean
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year experience with hydraulic systems
- Have or the ability to obtain necessary tools
- Understanding of shop math,
- Ability to lift to up to 50 pounds.
- Able to wear all required PPE.
You should be proficient in:
- Blueprint Reading
- PLC Troubleshooting Skills
- Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Electrical Schematics
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Pneumatics Experience
- Hydraulics Experience
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- Calipers and Micrometers
- Servo Motors
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Conveyor Systems
