We are seeking a Delivery Driver Class A And B to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
This position entails driving up to either Minnesota or Upper Michigan, delivering, stay over night and return with back hauls. This run would be 2 days a week, and the other week day would be a local delivery. No weekends, required. We cover the state of Wisconsin in addition to routes up to Rochester, Minneapolis, and St Paul in Minnesota or the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We deliver food to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and other wholesalers.
- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
- Load and unload cargo utilizing handcarts (2 wheel dolly) and ramps
- Properly track and document activity log
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
- Commercial driver's license class A or B
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Must have a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and provide a copy of MVR at time of interview
- Able to lift up 75 lbs. occasionally; must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
