The One Houston Together Operations Administrator is the primary point of contact and works closely with and has accountability to the SVP, Diversity, Equity,and Inclusion. The Operations Administrator is responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing One Houston Together projects.
As a member of the One Houston Together team, you will play an essential role in implementing the regional Equity & Inclusion Assessment and delivering on goals for Talent Advancement and Supplier Diversity.

The One Houston Together Operations Administrator is the primary point of contact and works closely with and has accountability to the SVP, Diversity, Equity,and Inclusion. The Operations Administrator is responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing One Houston Together projects.
As a member of the One Houston Together team, you will play an essential role in implementing the regional Equity & Inclusion Assessment and delivering on goals for Talent Advancement and Supplier Diversity.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management
- Oversee administration of regional Equity & Inclusion Assessment across 12-county region to include participant recruitment, scorecard distribution, and producing relevant reports
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of Talent and Supplier Diversity Roundtables and industry working group convenings to include onsite support, catering, and invitations
- For all projects complete the following:
- Help develop comprehensive project plans and oversee the initiation, prioritization, and scheduling and manage from initiation through completion, identifying tasks that need to be completed or delegated
- Provide ongoing updates as work progresses and recommend changes as needed to ensure goals are met with quality and timely completion
- Team with SVP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Partnership staff to identify opportunities to increase impact, define and deliver on goals, and set key performance indicators
- Serve as the liaison between One Houston Together, internal Partnership divisions, and external audiences
- Record and synthesize meeting notes and help develop corresponding goals and action plans
- Create presentations, pre- and post-reads, eNews content, blog posts, and status reports, and event recaps
- Provide administrative support to SVP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to include scheduling, responding to external requests for speakers and resources, and preparing expense reports
- Complete Salesforce data entry and prepare email distribution lists, calendar invites, and internal requests to other Partnership divisions
- Develop efficient procedures for OHT operations and create corresponding process document
- Other duties as assigned

The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are desirable for job success:
- 4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience in presentation design, problem-solving, and project management including managing large-scale, high-value projects with significant complexity
- Experience developing and managing projects from concept to completion with demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- DEI, Human Resources, supplier diversity, or supply chain background or knowledge
- Ability to incorporate data and key insights into projects and deliver according to budget, timeline, and scope
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Experienced organizer and planner with a keen attention to detail and capacity to course correct
- Be self-directed and comfortable making decisions
- Experience working with senior-level leaders
- Advanced proficiency with computer software applications to include Basecamp, Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Associate Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of project management experience with no degree

Physical Requirements
- Good vision and hearing acuity (with adaptive aids if necessary).
- Manual dexterity and skillful use of computer keyboard.
- Physical exertion includes bending, pushing, standing, and walking. Must be able to move or lift approximately 25 pounds on occasion.
- Job requires the ability to hear, see, and talk; analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills.
