Job Description

We are currently seeking an Office Clerk in Plymouth, MI.

This is an Immediate need! Apply Today!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay: $18.00/HR Weekly Pay

Position: Full time, Temp-to-hire opportunity

Job Summary:

The Office Clerk is responsible for administrative functions such as scanning documents, processing invoices into the database, responding to customer inquiries, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Copy and scan important documents into the database
  • File and fax documents
  • Entry inputs and electronic filing for US Customs through a web-based portal
  • Correspond with clients via email and/or verbally with freight forwarders on a daily basis
  • All other duties as assigned

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • MUST have 2 years performing Administrative duties
  • Self-starter and multitasker
  • MUST have strong data entry and analytical experience
  • Needs to work well in a team environment and take instructions from the team leader
  • Must be willing to do all work-related tasks from filing to data entry
  • Punctual with a good job ethic
