*Use of proper grammar, courteous & professional phone skills-required
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*At least 2 years customer service experience required
*Microsoft EXCEL and Outlook experience required
*Knowledge of Sage 100/StarShip
*Magento eCommerce experience a PLUS
*Must be a self-starter and very detail oriented
*Fast and accurate with heavy emphasis on data entry-details
*Strong organizational skills
*MUST be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment in order to meet daily deadlines
*MUST be dependable
*MUST be a team player
*Product knowledge; handle calls, troubleshooting, complaints, compliments, claims, emails, correspondence, experienced in live chats- Daily
*Enter and process orders to include: web, phone, import into SAGE program from portals (Home Depot, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Amazon, etc.)- Daily
*Export into EDI (invoices, shipping TRK #’s, etc.)
*Create order reports in excel
*Create shipping reports in excel
*Balance & close in SAGE program
*Other assigned department responsibilities as needed and/or required
