Job Description

Laborer

 

A Laborer has the opportunity to continue advancing in the masonry and concrete trade. The primary responsibilities of a Laborer are to transport materials and keep the job site clean. This position will work in an environment that encourages questions, mentorship & training.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Erect scaffolding or other installation structures.

  • Transport materials, tools, or machines to installation sites

  • Provide assistance in the preparation, installation, repair, or rebuilding of masonry & concrete structures.

  • Arrange or store materials, machines, tools, or equipment.

  • Clean installation surfaces, equipment, tools, work sites, or storage areas in preparation for work activities.

  • Perform general manual labor duties including but not limited to digging and hauling material.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle

  • 1+ Years General Construction experience preferred

  • Must be able to perform essential functions of this job including pushing/pulling pallets, lifting machinery and working with heavy materials (concrete/block/brick)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Proactive thinker

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Construction knowledge strongly preferred

 

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday/ 8 hour-10 hour shifts 7 am- 4pm / Overtime available
