As our Administrative Assistant, you will communicate with all drivers and coordinate pick up and drop off product efficiently. Additionally, the best candidate must be bilingual and be a great problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and check drivers in.
  • Accurately input data into our system(s).
  • Coordinate Customer Freight pick up and drop off.
  • Ensure all paperwork is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Answer phone calls related to dispatching and product deliveries/pick-ups.
  • Engage in basic customer service skills with customers and coworkers alike.
  • Assist in other administrative duties as needed in daily operations.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. administrative experience.
  • Logistics dispatch/administrative experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent Customer services and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to complete work with accuracy.
  • 45+ WPM (10 key) and proficient computer skills.
