Chef-Manager. Very exciting career opportunity for an entrepreneurial chef-manager who is passionate in their ability to provide an exceptional food experience to their customers. You will function as your own unit manager, responsible for crafting delicious and nutritious scratch made soups and salads on a daily basis while providing support, direction and supervision to your FOH team. This is a Monday-Friday position, with NO Weekends, NO Evenings, and NO Holidays!

Responsibilities:

- Prepare scratch-made soups on a daily basis

- Maintain inventories, place food and food related orders

- Exhibit impeccable sanitation and food safety practices

- Demonstrate a positive attitude in the leadership of your team

- Interact with and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and customers

- Qualifications:
- Is, or has the ability to be, Serve Safe Certified

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work independently and problem solve

- History of positive management experience of 3 or more employees

- A proven record of dependability

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds

*
$40,000 salary plus incentive bonuses based on your success and a very generous benefit package that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick time, employee health insurance and 401K.
