Job Description

Overview:

The Customer service representative will help maintain and develop the most important relationships we have, our customers! The CSR will be responsible for ensuring the customer receives the very best possible hot tub ownership experience. They will be in contact with our customers before, during, and after their sale to provide valuable information to the sales, service, and delivery teams so we can provide the best service possible. They will be able to let each team know of action items needed to fulfill our commitments to the customer. The details / responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Responsibilities

1) Customer communication including updating customers on delivery timelines, manufacturer delays, and any questions customers have regarding their hot tub, swim spa, or sauna delivery

2) Schedule deliveries

3) Follow-up with customers after delivery to ensure they had a good experience and schedule new customer orientation

4) Send out new customer packages

5) Register customer warranties on all products

6) Update customers in Active Campaign

7) Update leads in SalesForce

8) Other responsibilities as needed

Skills Required

1) 2-3 Years’ experience in customer service

2) Microsoft Office

3) Excellent communication and problem resolution skills

4) Comfortable with time management

5) Active Listening

6) Emotional Intelligence

7) Goal Orientated

8) Team Orientated

9) Effective Writing, Reading and Speaking

10) Proficiency in excel

11) 1 Year experience in dispatching
