A Day in the Life as a Service Manager with Us: The Service Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term service goals. The Service Manager will achieve these results by coordinating timely deliveries of parts and service, coordinating and conducting training for all service operations staff and working in tandem with the sales and warranty departments to ensure customer satisfaction with their dream RV! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental and vision.
Qualifications to be a Service Manager:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Pay Information: $55,000 - 60,000 Annuallly plus Commission
