A Day in the Life as a Dealership Office Manager with Us: As a dealership administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties that include preparing documents, title work, taking payments, ordering supplies, assist with weekly meeting planning, making reconciliations keeping company records up to date, assisting customer service and onboarding new employees! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment and knowledge you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental and vision.
Qualifications to be a Dealership Office Manager:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a car or RV dealership preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedules
- Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Regulations and Procedures.
- Ability to handle discrepancies or other issues in a professional manner
Pay Information: Starting at $25.00 Hourly - Based on Experience
