Job Description

Summary/objective

Warehouse employees assist in picking orders from bins and/or pallets based on brand, bottle size, and type. Employees may also help load trucks, assist in receiving and stocking, unloading trucks, and organizing wine in the appropriate rack or bin.

Essential functions

• Pull orders accurately, organizing orders in delivery areas.
• Loading and wrapping orders on pallets
• Assist in receiving, loading/unloading trucks, and stocking wine in the appropriate rack or bin.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
• Counting and confirming the inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment

• Employees must follow all Company requirements and apply required safety procedures.

Physical demands

• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to bend, lift, carry, climb, stoop and stack product.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or carry, and reach with hands and arms.

Preferred Education and experience

Previous Warehouse experience is desired but not required.

· Forklift and Pallet-jack experience is a plus.
