Day-to-day management of project deliverables and reports.
Assessment of technical deliverables on a systems integration project for e.g. Requirements documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Design Documents, Architecture Diagrams, Test plans and Implementation plans
Client relationship management experience including presentations to committees and executive leadership.
Analysis and problem solving - solves unique problems through evaluative judgment and precedent.
Apply knowledge of technology mission, IT infrastructure, and program management principles sufficient to participate in the development of information technology goals, objectives, plans and policies
Apply knowledge of organizational policies and planning formulation process, strategic and IT goals and objectives, and IT program metrics and measurement techniques sufficient to ensure enterprise-level IT specifications align with the organizational business requirements, identify potential improvements to meet organizational goals, and establish and implement metrics for evaluating the accomplishments of goals and objectives.
This highly demanding and rewarding role entails balancing three primary areas of responsibility - client engagement management, business development and team/practice development. Specific responsibilities include:
Perform engagement management including responsibilities for team performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, project deliverables, quality review and project management.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
Four years of experience working as a project manager responsible for the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of an Information Technology service or platform.
Four years of experience creating, updating or implementing project management plans and project schedules using MS Project 2010 or newer.
Two years of experience working as a Project Manager in the regulatory occupational licensing space.
IV&V experience on large and complex IT Project(s) COTS/MOTS
Knowledge of Standards such as:
IEEE 1012-2004 Software Verification and Validation, IEEE 12207 Information Technology - Software Life Cycle Processes, IEEE 730-2002 Software Quality Assurance Plans, and IEEE 830 Requirements Specifications.

PMBOK / IEEE Adoption of PMBOK
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
