This is a dream job for an experienced admin looking for fulfilling, interactive, part-time work long-term. The hours are Mon - Fri, 8am - 2pm. You will support a small team of investment advisors and their clients with back-office and client service work. Qualifications include:
- Minimum 2-year Associates Degree in a related field
- Excellent communicator, in writing and speaking with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Preference for at least two years prior administrative experience
- Experience in a financial environment preferred
