Job Description

Support the Business Development team by using strong organizational skills to assist in the day-to-day activities within the Marketing and Business Development dept. Candidate will act as a critical partner to the B2B initiatives and execute on a variety of tasks. Position requires a proactive and detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales enablement role.

Client Services

·        Work with clients and advisors to schedule and plan for meetings

·        Work with advisors to cultivate new and existing relationships

·        Develop on-boarding process for portfolio accounts

·        Record meeting minutes and support next steps from client meetings

·        Work with vendors (i.e. photographers, videographers, etc.) to highlight client projects

·        Coordinate thank you, holiday and move-in gifts

·        Identify and nominate clients for various awards

·        General admin tasks as needed

Marketing Coordination

·        Coordinate and develop timely updates and execution of marketing and presentation materials

·        Manage client permissions matrix, client references, and client testimonials

·        Plan and coordinate client events

·        Coordinate and develop the production of new promotional materials

·        Manage paid advertising relationships

·        Maintain company website and monitor traffic

·        Liaison with Cresa corporate marketing department

Business Development

·        Manage and facilitate the RFP process

·        Register advisors for professional meetings and sponsorships

·        Support sponsorships and booths at trade shows

·        Work directly with agency partner to implement timely email campaigns

·        Update Salesforce CRM contact relationship management system

·        Research, qualify, and develop reports on prospects (i.e. dossier)

·        Track active prospects and deliver timely reports

·        Compose and prepare confidential correspondence (i.e. ghost write emails for colleagues)

·        Develop agenda and record meeting minutes for routine and ad-hoc meetings

Candidate Profile

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

·        Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

·        Able to proactively identify and address the team’s needs to ensure that the company’s workflow runs smoothly

·        Team player who thrives in a results-driven and fast-paced environment and can exercise creativity and good judgement in a variety of situations

·        Forward-looking thinker, actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions to increase team’s productivity

·        Proficient in CRM tools e.g. Salesforce and / or Pipedrive to support workflow

·        Ability to take direction from multiple sources
