This critically important work will be done as a continuum of care in partnership with community providers throughout the state.
Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for aiding in medical evaluations, reviewing prior medical records, evaluating newly presented medical documentation, and administering medication.
- Responsible for clinical assessments
- Daily medication administration and management
- Lead groups on health and wellness
EDUCATION AND LICENSING: * LPN licensed in the state of New Hampshire (or compact state)
EXPERIENCE: * One (1) to three (2) years related experience nursing preferably in a substance abuse or mental health program preferred * Expertise in individual, family, and adolescent therapy a plus * Experience with pediatric nursing age 12 and up, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus
