Granite Management is a fast paced real estate management company focused on manufactured housing. We are seeking a sale person to join our growing team! You will focus on all sales and marketing of new and preowned manufactured homes. You must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors while maintaining a clean and inviting leasing office. Your primary responsibility is to politely and effectively present the features and benefits of their community, striving for 100% occupancy through retention, current sales availability, and pre-sales of future availability.
There is a base pay and commission structure as part of the total compensation. We pay huge commissions to our sales people. You can make over $100,000 per year.
Provide outstanding customer service to current residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues.
Sustain a clean, inviting, and organized Onsite Office
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for current and prospective residents.
Utilize feature and benefit selling to determine needs and preferences for current and prospective residents resulting in secured lease agreements.
Answer calls regarding sales questions.
Complete applications and the verifications and maintenance of accurate documentation.
Conduct inspections on models and vacant homes to ensure cleanliness. Update online advertising. Demonstrate knowledge on current market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas regarding marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction. ·
