Job Description
We are seeking a health and life licensed insurance agent who specializes in employee benefits to join our growing team in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a full time position offering a base salary with an excellent bonus program. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K are offered. Knowledge of life and health insurance and active license required.
- Present and sell insurance policies to new clients
- Create insurance plans based on clients' individual needs
- Provide customer service to existing clients
- Develop relationships with our corporate partners
- Expand business reach through networking
- Hold open enrollments
- Terminate and enroll employees from plans
- Provide customer service existing groups
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HEALTH insurance, customer service, or other related fields.
- Active CA insurance license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
