Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, customer-facing professional to work in our call center and join our rapidly-growing team at Grand Leisure, an industry-leading supplier of outdoor patio furniture, accessories, and solar lighting in the North American mass retail market. With U.S. headquarters located in Madison, Wisconsin, we are a small team of sales, design, and marketing aficionados, looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to our team. Focused primarily on steel, aluminum, and resin wicker outdoor furniture and accessories, we produce for most of the mass market and home improvement retailers in the United States and Canada.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a call center environment
  • Has superb customer service skills
  • Has the ability to independently organize, prioritize, and take action
  • Is extremely detail oriented
  • A team player who is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
  • Prior experience with the patio industry or with a product category related to mass market retailers such as Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, and Costco is a significant benefit
  • Prior experience with shipping logistics also an advantage
