Assure the success of ingredients sales and research and development by conducting food recipe development on all product lines and providing technical services to address customer needs in domestic and foreign markets. Major duties include running the operations of culinary kitchen and food lab, conducting trials in the meat lab, engaging in food demonstrations, developing marketing materials from recipes created, and training customers/distributors about ingredient applications in various food products.
- Solid understanding of ingredient functionality
- Strength in application of colors, flavors, spices, and seasonings
- Must have experience in running the operation of a culinary kitchen and food lab, conduction trials in the meat lab, engaging in food demonstrations, and developing marketing material for recipes created
- Training or certification in making vegetarian/vegan, blended meat, bakery, pasta, processed meat, confectionery, dessert, and snack products
