You love technology. You see how it can be a significant tool in enabling and empowering Grace Community Church to advance the Gospel, both with the tools themselves as well as how they help staff to do ministry. You are well-informed and well-versed about modern technology and use your knowledge to leverage current technology. In other words, you are tech-savvy and somewhat of a computer nerd, knowing how to work with PC/Mac systems, a smart device, as well as a variety of software and tools. You stay up to date with new technology and innovation and are constantly learning.

You care about people. You understand that, for some, technology can be frustrating and a barrier to ministry, so you look for ways to break down those barriers and turn them into tools that maximize efficiency and ultimately advance ministry. You seek to understand people's comfort level with technology as well as their learning styles so you can best equip them to use it. You enjoy training people and are articulate and clear. The people who have been trained by you would say you were patient and kind as you did so.

While you could work anywhere, using your gifts for God's Kingdom gives you the most joy and fulfillment. Most importantly, you believe the gospel is the most important message ever, so seeing it advanced and lived out in people's lives is of utmost importance to you.
