Tax Attorney

A highly reputable firm is seeking an Tax Attorney for its office in the area. Viable candidates will have experience with tax planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney that would like long term business development opportunities and career advancement.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of relevant experience in corporate tax planning
• Experience administering, decanting, and modifying complex trusts and planning with respect to business interests, art, and other special assets.
• Real estate transactional experience is a plus.
