Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring for a customer service representative. Apply and join our growing team, please review list of responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is from the waste collection or recycling industry , can speak well on the phone and help customers understand our services and what is available to them. They will be expected to enter information into our company software, create, and update accounts.

Responsibilities:

o Discuss with Management the day-to-day Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

o Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients for potential grow

o Communicate/Call all perspective leads/new clients. Hot - Warm - Cold list calling.

o Check Emails throughout the day to ensure New Client leads are addressed promptly.

o Create CRM and Update as needed. Make recommendations to Increase Sales.

o Build and maintain customer service contracts with new and existing customers.

o Assist with Service Calls to understand the industry and build customer relationships
