R&D Technician

R&D Technician QUALIFICATION: Graduate student of food science, biology, nutrition and chemistry or related science degree.

R&D Technician RESPONSIBILITIES: Support R&D and Regulatory Manager

Verify, organize and maintain raw material documents.

Support completion and filing of documentation, including but not limited to ingredient and finished product specifications, GMO, Allergen, Organic and Kosher documentation.

Compile NFP using Genesis.

Create and send out customer samples.

Perform other duties as assigned.

R&D Technician SKILLS: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) & Genesis. Ability to manage multiple priorities & daily workload according to project/assignment deadline while meeting expectations of quality work. Ability to work independently as necessary. Spanish language is preferred
