Job Summary:

-The Quality Assurance and Returns Services Manager will report to the Head of Production & Service. In this role, you will be expected to assist our organizations to formulate quality standards and regulations for employees and for the product manufactured at our premises. The Quality Assurance Manager must analyze the data gathered and plan accordingly to improve product quality. You will be accountable for identifying the mistakes and inspecting the procedures. An efficient manager in QA should have solid experience in quality control processes and their standards. An ideal candidate for this position should be competent to continue business life cycle and to attain long term success in business.

-You will be responsible for the entire Returns Process as part of the Quality Control.

Education and Experience:

-B.S in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

-4 years Manufacturing experience

-4 years Quality Assurance experience


-In House Job Progression Training
-Tuition Reimbursement
-Annual Bonus $3-5k end of year based on KPI and Individual Performance
-1st shift only with two options 8am-4pm and 9am-6pm
-No weekends and Rare Overtime
