The Electrician installs and directs the work of the electrical portions of solar installations' wiring, conduit work, sizing of wires and disconnects, interconnecting and other related tasks on either roof or ground-mounted systems.

- Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
- Manage material per job to ensure that teams have the correct material and that material check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid Driver's license
- Experience in solar PV electrical system installations
- Ability to follow/execute proper electrical standards set forth by Master Electrician
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety
- Willing to occasionally travel to complete projects
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well others in a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process
- Driver's License (Required)
