General Dentist for Weekends!

My client recently opened several General Dentist opportunities throughout California. Clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring is just one of many ways my client offers support to allow you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. My client strives to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do you have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.

Benefits:

• Minimum daily guarantee and/or production-based compensation.

Dentist Responsibilities:

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Previous experience required 7-10 years as a General Dentist, no new graduates
• Weekend position
• Abiilty to work autonomously
• Must be willing and able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Perfect for an established dentist looking to supplement income.
