  • Selling orders for barcode equipment
  • Closing business
  • Calling correct people in the organization based on the client’s needs
  • Be knowledgeable about barcode technology
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships


  • 3 years in industry
  • Experience with ZEBRA equipment
  • Experience with software device management
  • Competent at selling barcode technology
  • Book of Business strongly preferred
  • Confidence - maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Resilience - communicating with conviction.
  • Active listening - understanding the customers' needs.
  • Rapport building - selling your personality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - continual self-improvement.
