Booking Agent Needed for Growing Real Estate Company

We are a Black-owned and operated real estate company seeking a highly motivated Booking Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing and booking appointments.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via phone or email to schedule appointments for the sales team
Introduce our investment opportunities and services to potential clients and provide them with relevant information
Keep track of all appointments and follow-up activities in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Booking Agent or similar role, preferably in the real estate or investment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
