Human Resource Report Analyst

The HR Report Analyst is responsible for accurate data entry of all Colleague information into the HR information system HRIS (MEDITECH) as well as report writing for compiling and analyzing data in order to communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders both within the Human Resources department and management throughout the organization. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of three years experience within Human Resources and be proficient with both EXCEL and Crystal Reporting.
Minimum Education: High school graduate or the equivalent.
Preferred Education: Two year business school education is preferred.
Minimum Experience: 1 3 years experience in a clerical role is required with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint & Crystal Reports
Preferred Experience: Experience in Human Resources.
Certifications Preferred: Human Resource Practitioner certificate.
