+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
+ Experience selling and managing video campaigns.
+ Experience with the online video ecosystem, with a focus in emerging devices and formats (CTV, OTT, Linear, etc.).
+ Experience in any flighted or branding business.
+ Knowledge of online media buying and selling processes.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team setting.

+ Ensure all partners in our portfolio are following Google best practices in setting up and managing their accounts.
+ Identify and promote other opportunities for partners across the portfolio.
+ Develop and present forward thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact client opportunities.
